We are not a government body, embassy, or consulate, and we have no influence over the decision made on any visa application. We help you understand the requirements, prepare a complete and accurate application, and present it as strongly as it can be.
No guarantee of outcome
We will never promise or guarantee that your visa will be approved. Approval decisions are made entirely by the relevant embassy or consulate, based on criteria outside our control. Our commitment is to the quality and accuracy of the application we help you prepare, not to the outcome.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for giving us accurate, complete, and truthful information, and for providing documents and responses in good time. Missed deadlines or incomplete information on your part can affect your application, and Vizento isn't responsible for delays or refusals that result from information you didn't provide, or provided late or inaccurately.
Fees
Our fees depend on your specific situation and the visa type involved. We'll always confirm pricing with you clearly before any paid work begins — there are no hidden charges added afterwards.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizento's liability for any issue arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in question. We're not liable for decisions made by embassies, consulates, or other government bodies.
