Who we are
Vizento is an Ireland-based visa consultancy. This policy covers the personal data we collect through this website, primarily via our contact form. If you have any questions, you can reach us at hello@vizento.co.uk.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, the visa type you're asking about, and your message. We don't collect payment details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive documents through this website.
How we use it
We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, understand how we can help with your visa application, and keep a record of that conversation. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Contact form submissions are sent by email through our email delivery provider, Resend, and are also logged in a private, access-controlled spreadsheet so we can keep track of enquiries. Neither service is used to contact you for any purpose beyond responding to what you've asked us.
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-friendly website analytics (via our hosting provider, Vercel) to understand overall site traffic — for example, which pages are visited. This analytics tool does not use cookies and does not track you individually across visits or other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of our correspondence, after which we delete it.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@vizento.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
